Public Body 2015 Kickoff: Free Workout and a Party!

Public Body is back for another season of (much needed) OUTDOOR fitness! Join us for this free workout. The days are getting longer. The sun is shining brighter (FINALLY!), We long to be OUTSIDE for explosive, outrageous fitness love and a kick-ass time with other hot and awesome human beings. Chad and Dan are super excited about it so they've put together a delicious workout for you along with our three new trainers: Maryanne Blake, Emily Susen and Ian Kilpatrick. The best part? It is zip, zilch, zero...FREE. So join us for this fab workout brought to you by South End Athletic Company and PUBLIC BODY. We'll take you through a series of plyometric and agility drills and then finish you off with a yummy strength and conditioning circuit that will make you long for...a party!
