The food festival portion of Boston JerkFest takes place on Saturday, June 25th for two sessions: 11 am-3 pm and 4 pm-8 pm and features a variety of vendors selling jerk hot spiced food, hot sauces and Caribbean specialty products, craft vendors, live music, kids activities, a Jerk Cook-off, a Seafood Throwdown, other Chef Demos, and a Reggae Bar offering rum punch, craft beer and wine for sale. What's a Boston JerkFest without rum cakes? Yes, we've got that too!
The Rum & Brew Tasting @ Boston JerkFest will be held on Friday, June 24, 6:30-9 pm, is for 21+ festival attendees and features live music and unlimited tastings of rum, craft beer, wine, mead, hard cider and a variety of Caribbean themed libations. Jerk hot food bites will be for sale at reasonable prices. Of course, we can't have tropical drinks without coconuts, so there will be plenty on hand for sale!
