This is no Eagle

My partner and I were in Boston for the weekend and decided to hit a couple bars. When I saw there was an Eagle, I was pretty excited. Boy was this place a disappointment. This place is a one room bar and not really exciting. Wasn’t worth the 15 bucks I paid in parking. The bartenders were acting as if they do not get paid tips. No motivation or since of urgency.

Worst venue ever

I regret not heeding the advice of earlier posts to avoid this place. The crowd just before midnight on Saturday was almost non existent, the bar was dull and depressing and the toilets just disgusting. This truly is the worst venue I have ever been to, and that includes some dodgy small town places in the '80's! Stay away!

not a fun place

i went on a friday night around 10pm. i figured it would be busy. no. 5 people where there including the bartenders. the music was great. the place is small. i loved the look of it though. the bartenders are nice to you if you are white. a few times i heard them saying the N word while telling a story. not the best place to go if you want to have fun. the crowd was an older crowd. kindachubbyand grey hair. old men trying to pick up young men. if you want a daddy go there if you want to enjoy yourself, STAY AWAY

Could use some improvement for sure ...

After visiting some Eagle bars, as most towns have them, I found that Boston was a shocking Eagle`s representation. The bar was not in usually Eagle`s decorum. I am usually very fair with reviews and only take account of what I see personally. Eagles Boston needs to be cleaned up, shaped up and decorated. Leather is great, but who wants dirty and dingy ... just my opinion ... I will probably go back again, as I am a great Eagle bar fan in general, but this one is lacking ... hopefully the next time you will blow my jock off with the changes!!!
