Where does the tour meet?
We meet in the rotunda on the ground floor, *not* at either entrance. The rotunda is near the information desk and the American wing. Note: admission to the museum is free on Wednesday evenings, so you do not need to pay admission or show the museum staff your tour confirmation. The tour is an HGSC event, not an MFA event, and they will not necessarily know where we are meeting. But they can direct you to the rotunda!
What's the refund policy?
We allow refunds up to 7 days before the tour.
