A locals favorite

Tremont 647 and neighboring Sister Sorel share a menu, staff and lots of customers. South Enders love this place. It's primarily gay operated and there are always lots of gays dining or drinking there. With 2 bars and 2 different atmospheres, the wonderfull freindly staff and friendly patrons makes this my favorite Boston place. Weather you are a foodie or just looking for a gay bar to have a few cocktails at this place is the best. The food is "adventurous american" full of life, and a flavor explosion for your mouth! The menu changes seasonaly. The drinks are to die for, like the Rasberry Gimlet or the Tremont Tang (just like when you were a kid Tang!) Several House infused fruit flavored liqours, like the house infused raspberry vodka. They let the vodka and the raspberrys comingle for 30 days, strain out the fruit and you left with the best berry flavored vodka ever! This place is never advertised with the traditional 'gay press' you have to really be a local to find it, but now you can too!
