Men Will Be Men: Public Sex from the Tuileries to the Fenway

How has the phenomenon of cruising evolved over time? What can we learn about the men who sought diversion in the public parks of Paris three centuries ago? How can their stories enlighten our perspective on local cruising venues still in existence? Join us for engaging and informative presentation on the evolution of subterranean sexual activity – the inaugural event in The History Project’s Out in Public lecture series. A joint lecture by Stephen Shapiro of Bennington College and Marvin Kabakoff of The History Project. Presented by The History Project in partnership with Fenway Health.
