A place to meet up w your friends, not going alone

I think this place is ok, but I too agree that it's not a pick up place, which is ok but I like the pick up stuff. You can decide to be picked up or not, at least there's the option. That makes it fun & people talk to you. It's best to go there with friends not alone, you will be bored. I was. No one talked to me, just when I ordered a drink, wow. Boring, I had one drink & got outta there!

I have gone to the club when it first open up and the group there are the best for a good time.

Fun, friendly place

Was there for a Sox game on a Monday night quite crowded and lively. The bartenders, especially Johnny made me feel very welcome even though I am from a "red" state. lol

Kind of a sports bar but not really

Some nice bartenders, but an odd crowd. It used to be a lot busier years ago, but since all the gay guys are moving out of the South End over the past few years, the crowd is dwindling. It still packs them in for games though. Not a place if you want to pick up someone. It is mostly just friends out with other friends for a few quick drinks before heading home.
